Yes. All our products are sourced from trusted brands and comply with international child safety standards. Toys and accessories are tested for non-toxic materials, while clothes and accessories are made from child-friendly fabrics.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart (for clothes, shoes, and accessories). We recommend checking your child’s measurements against the chart before purchasing. If you need help, our customer support team is available to guide you.

 We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dubai and UAE. All online transactions are processed securely via ngenius payment gateway.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Hygiene-related products (bottles, pacifiers, underwear, etc.) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Currently, we only deliver within the UAE. International shipping will be introduced soon.
